Congratulationsdialogue Roofing is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent local roofing providers when a roof may be near the end of its life or hurt by a storm. That is all we do. The roofing work itself is done by the providers, not by us.
Roofing is full of myths. People hear that a few missing shingles are no big deal, or that the quote with the smallest number must be a bargain, or that a new roof is only about looks. Those ideas can lead to wet attics, damaged ceilings and a harder sale later.
So we start with the myth, then give the plain truth. Protect the house first. The rest follows.
You tell us a little about your home and your roof problem. We then point you to an independent provider in our network that serves your part of the Arlington Heights area. The provider contacts you, looks at the roof and explains what they see.
Availability varies by provider. Many can respond quickly, but we do not promise a time. Request a callback to check provider availability.
We ask providers in our network to be clear and honest with homeowners. That means:
Providers are independent businesses. Each one runs its own jobs, sets its own prices and stands behind its own work.
We do not do roofing work. We do not set your price, and we do not promise that insurance will pay for a job. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
We also do not pressure anyone. You can compare quotes and take your time.
Homeowners do not pay Congratulationsdialogue Roofing to be connected. Providers in our network may pay for the referrals and calls we send them. That arrangement does not change what you should expect: a clear quote and honest answers.
Your agreement for the work is between you and the provider.
A sound roof keeps water out of the attic, walls and basement. It also shows well when you sell. A buyer's inspector will look at the roof closely. Good work, done right and documented, protects both the house and its future sale.
Ready to find out where your roof stands? Request an estimate, and a local provider can take a look.
If you would rather talk it through first, request a callback to check provider availability.
